Sea Breeze sits in Nardaran, a settlement in Baku's Sabunchu district, on the Caspian coast of the Absheron Peninsula. Emin Agalarov founded the resort in 2006, and it has grown phase by phase ever since.

The sea, beaches and promenade

The sea is what Sea Breeze is about. According to the developer, there are about 7 km of waterfront promenade, with plans to extend it. The resort has beaches, beach clubs, pools, restaurants and cafés. Most residential complexes also have their own pool and courtyard for residents, so you are less dependent on the public beaches in summer.

There is also a pier for yachts and boats. For anyone who loves life by the water, this is the big difference from a city apartment in Baku.

For families: school and kindergarten

For families, the first question is school. Sea Breeze is home to the private LANDAU School, which teaches in English on international programmes based on British standards, and it has a kindergarten section. Sea Breeze has medical facilities, fitness centres, 24-hour shops, delivery services, restaurants and stores, so most daily needs can be met without driving into Baku. For specialist healthcare and big shopping trips, the city is about half an hour away.

The resort also has hotels and rental apartments, so you can stay for a few days before buying and try the place out. This helps families relocating from abroad in particular: it is easier to decide once you have seen the school, the seafront and the daily rhythm for yourself.

Summer and winter: living here all year
